Warranty Policy                                               
Defective remanufactured and compatible inkjet or laser toner cartridges may be exchanged, either for replacement of the same item(s) or for different item(s) or a full refund of the original purchase price less shipping charges within 1 year of purchase.
This warranty covers manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship only. The following conditions are not covered under our warranty:
-Products ordered or supplied from another merchant.
-Products damaged from abuse, misuse, tampering, overcharging, improper installation, neglect, freezing or improper conditioning
-Removal of any warranty, lot number, serial number markings or stickers on the cartridge.
Important: You may return defective remanufactured or compatible cartridges with or without the packaging. However, we will not accept (give refund credit) the return of cartridges whose labels and/or lot identification stickers have been removed or tampered with. Why? Because the factory or distributor will not accept cartridges back for credit if their labels or identification labels are missing or tampered with. This includes damage to the “contact sheet” on a printhead style ink cartridge.
This anti-tampering exclusion does not extend to “air vent pressurization pull tabs” on many ink cartridges (tank style) which are necessary to remove in order for the cartridge’s ink to flow correctly. (Insert)

Defective OEM branded products (ie Brother, Canon, Epson, HP etc ) are warranted for the length of the OEM warranty.  Please contact the manufacturer directly for all defective products.

Return Policies:
Return Policy for Unopened Exchange or Return of Unopened Remanufactured or Compatible Cartridges  
Unopened and resalable remanufactured and compatible inkjet or toner cartridges may be returned within 60 days of original purchase date for a full refund or exchange for other items. Shipping charges are not refundable. Merchandise must be returned to us in original, undamaged condition with no markings, accompanied by an RMA number (see below for instructions.)
Return Policy for OEM Product Returns / Unopened Exchanges(OEM = Original Equipment Manufacturer / Genuine Brand Ink or Laser Toner Cartridges) If ordered incorrectly, we will accept any unopened and resalable OEM ink & toner for return within 30 days of original purchase date. We will exchange it for the correct item or offer you a refund. These products must be returned in their original and unopened packaging with no markings accompanied by an RMA number (see below for instructions.) and may be subject to a 20% restocking fee plus your return shipping fees. 
We do not accept returns of opened package OEM cartridges and they will be recycled upon receipt without a notification.  Please check your cartridge against printer model number for accuracy before opening.
Incorrectly Ordered Products: Where the return results from an error made by us, we will pay for shipping costs on the returns, Any and all items that were ordered incorrectly and opened in any way are non-refundable. We cannot resell an item once it has been opened. Please double check your printer model and cartridge part numbers when ordering & before opening.
All OEM, Remanufactured or Compatible inkjet and Laser Toner Cartridges:
Incomplete orders, lost packages, or incorrectly received products must be reported to our returns department within 15 days of the original order date to qualify for a replacement or refund credit.
Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are nonrefundable, except in the event of a packing error.
Refund Timeline: Customers returning items can expect to be refunded (store credit when applicable) in the method in which they paid within 7 business days of our receipt of their accepted RMA return. A refund will not be processed until the product is received by us. We will attempt to do so more quickly than stated.
Process to return/exchange cartridges:
Cartridges must be returned to Cartridge Network accompanied by an RMA number (see below for instructions.)
  1. Please fill our online Cartridge Return Request form.
  2. We will contact you with a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #), generally within 24 business hours.
  3. Depending on the specifics, we may provide you with a prepaid shipping label.
  4. If we provide you with a shipping label, it must be used within 15 days of its issuance. RMA numbers are valid for 30 days. For this reason, we ask that you return your merchandise without delay. Returns received after 30 days will not be accepted.
  5. You are responsible for the safe return of the merchandise. We suggest you use a carrier with tracking, such as UPS (1-800-742-5877) https://www.ups.com/us/en/shipping/services/value-added/on-call-pickup.page , FedEx (1-800-463-3339)http://www.fedex.com/us/customersupport/call/phonemenu.html, or US mail with signature confirmation. US mail delivery confirmation will not be accepted as proof of delivery.
  6. Write the RMA# clearly on the outside of the return packaging.

We will issue the refund within 7 business days after receipt of the return item shipment. Refunds will be made to the credit or debit card originally charged. If payment was originally made by check, please allow 10 days for the original check to clear before the refund check is issued.
Replacement merchandise will be shipped as quickly as possible upon receipt of the merchandise.
